This is most probably not a font
be - looks like it was modified from Rimouski Light: http://myfonts.us/td-9LLZUZ
in - looks like a Nasalization: http://myfonts.us/td-BYWTPe
and SPORT looks like the SOT came from one font - and the PR look like Bauhaus lowercase "B" or "D" turned one eighty and modified.
In other words - this looks like it was all handtailored to make a logo - and the person that marked this as not a font - knows that they were talking about.
