It's easy enough to make into a font, but since the letters are a little irregular to one another I'm guessing this was hand-drawn (or, as hand-drawn as Photoshop gets) on top of an existing font, altering the individual letters.

It could be this font. I've been looking for this font during hours. Just write the letter w in lowercase and revert the c and it should be good.
