There are alternatives like Coolvetica or FreeSans. Downloading the actual font for free would be illegal. If you still need the exact font, see if you a friend or relative has a Mac Computer. Helvetica comes shipped with Macs.

Or use Arial Narrow for "TEKNOLAB" and Arial for "FUSTELLE". Force them to bold et voila
