anyone know at least a similar font

For sure, we won't fond a font that has been sliced up like this one.
But while we search, you can start looking into this

especially the fonts with sharp points,
like on the E and C
and points going below bottom line like the X, I and N

yea would have had to have been photoshped ay to get those cuts in.
im just having a look now and there are some pretty close ones around
