I don't know what this font is but i think it is a variant of Times, it was used in the early 1990s. I would appreciate any help. BTW, the L in 'national' has been clipped by the scanner, it should appear the same a the L in 'link'

Hi Rocamaco and Pedrocardoso the letter 'k' is different - so that's how I know it is not a regular times new roman. Thanks for the help, Any other ideas...
