I feel that the image is so small, but they said they did not want blurry images or enlarged... well I've only found these 2 letters :(

I don't know what font it is, but if it helps it looks like the same letter (e) only flipped to make it an a. Or vice versa...also maybe try searching for Blackletter fonts.
