I've marked this as not a font- because nothing matches up... (D, N, O, C)

You might want to find one or two handwritings at: http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=603&fpp=500&text=COOL+KIDS+DON%27T+DANCE

and maybe start with this one:
