like the ones where you write the letters in, a blank template and looks like a table, on the top row it says A,a,B,b........ and then there is a space to write your own letters, I'm sorry that tis is a pretty dumb question but i just don't understand.............

Crystal is referring to templates such as used in Scanahand. But she is of course not telling us which software she uses or wants to use and/or she wants to use a fontgenerator website she can not be helped.

oh, the "template" you're talking about is not a template.
It's just a representation of the characters contained in the font file.

It's generated in PHP (programmation language) by the website (dafont), from the font file.

The font is not generated from this. This is generated from the font.
