It is. It's just chopped. The rest of the curve fits Helvetica Neue...

Not, seriously, it's a banner of a design studio, so I also think is Helvetiva Neue making some substituions with one of its look alikes, to be more unique...

Yeah, looks like a Helvetica's "S", with some modifications of course, can do the trick (but still, I'm not 100% sure at that size)
