If it is only Leighton - then that's probably Georgia - which came with your computer.... which by the way, is also used for Established 2012

And the script (with that ampersand) is no longer available - it use to be called Old Script

The closest I can find is Flemish Script - and the ampersand is from Palace Script: http://myfonts.us/td-gCYFgX
