With the two Os being different, it may not be a font - it could be if it has alternate Os. If you just want something close, take a look at Barosaki Script.

It looks like Saturday Night Upright, and someone used a Eurostile S as a substitute and shortened the L.

I believe this started out as Venetian 301 - but as been xeroxed that some of the finer serifs are missing now.
