Font is called 'Green Energy' or 'Unleash the Beast'
There is a version here:
http://www.dafont.com/unleash-the-beast.font?text=MONSTER Industria - designed for The Face magazine in the 80s by Neville Brody
Forte - all lower case except the 'R'
Fuente identificada: Forte Liffey Script SF with a swash added to the 'L' and the 'z'
This is Ballpark Script - from the same website as LHF Ephemera. The two fonts are similar, but the lower case f in particular gives it away.
This is Friz Quadrata, but it's been stretched.

There are at least 4 different fonts here:
- Mason Serif for the M,e,r as Rocamaco said, although the M is Mason Alternate
- Morpheus for the i,t
- Astrology 1 for the o
The only thing I can't find is the s - It's possible its from an alternate of some font but if I was doing it I'd customise it
