The top one is Magic Card (by the name of Planewalker on daFont), the bottom is not a published font, but i found one that looks more similar than Trajan. It's called Typo3 the bold version.

I know this is old but I've been searching for this font for a while and the best looking, closest font I've found is Friz Quadrata, for anyone who still feels inspired by the skyrim logo. It's probably the most similar font out there, and I'd be willing to bet that it was Bethesda Softworks' starting point when they made the custom font. It's been one of my favorites so I figured I'd share it 4 years later...

Actually, there IS an font exactly like (not sort of like) the title font. It's called Sovngarde. You won't find it on the free font sites because it's made as a menu font mod for the game.

Also, a Pro version of "The Elder Scrolls" font is called Medieva. It's not free, but I bought it when it was about $10 or so. Looks like the price has gone up. However, Planewalker is a perfectly adequate stand-in, I doubt anyone would know the difference, except Medieva looks slightly cleaner.
