Simple, it's custom made (probably made using Scanahand or some free font creating service on internet judging its feel). Originally, it being real handwritten, not handwriting font (probably he is too lazy to handwrite the text so that he make his custom font, like The Awkward Yeti btw). Look for older comics for example, and the creator's info on this comic to prove if it is custom made.

It does look like a font, but not one I'm familiar with. If no one finds it, it could be a custom font for MINDBLOWON.
