Hi all, please help! It's a little bit a tougher assignment, but does anyone know the same or similar font from them typography from the photo?

It reminds me of TFArrow - not the font (at the bottom it looks like they named this one Latino or Nero Beloid) but it would do in a snap as a substitute.

Looks like a monument maker's pattern font. AFAIK, no match in a digital font.
A few fonts, like Beaufort, have similar flared tiny serifs. It could be used to approximate this alphabet, but IT IS NOT A MATCH.
