Hello, I submitted a font a week ago and it did not go online, so my guess it that it was refused. How do I know what was the issue or reason of the dismissal? The FAQ says no message will be sent in cases of a refusal so how do I know why and how to remedy the situation?

It takes a while because the font are reviewed for errors and usage rights. I guess just wait until you see new fonts on this site, if your font isn't among the new fonts, then ask why it wasn't accepted.
