what is this font?

I've been watching this and hoping someone would respond. It reminds me of House Industries Ed Interlock or Kon Tiki with ligatures - but it is neither...

As I look closer, I wonder if it is a font at all- the two Os do not have the same shape when you make them the same size... the Ns aren't a match either. I won't mark it as Not a Font - but I have a strong suspicion it isn't. (But I've been proven wrong many-a-time..._
