The letters seem to be stretched horizontally but seem to be an exact match for the Latin subset of some fonts used for non-latin languages like Oriya MN, BanglaMN, Myanmar MN, AND Lao MN by Murasu Systems Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia.

Confusing website.
However, Oriya, Myanmar and Lao are included in Apple's OS X. Unfortunately, if you use Windows I can't readily locate a legitimate source.
The Latin subset of these fonts is the same as the other MN fonts: Malayalam MN, Tamil MN, Gurmukhi MN, Kannada MN, Khmer MN, Lao MN, Sinhala MN, Telugu MN ....
BTW the font seems to have been made by clipping the serifs off Times New Roman and making a few minor modifications.

Times Sans Serif is much too narrow, and thus also looks too light, but the letterforms are otherwise generally a match.
