It's called Quicksilver and was made by Dean Morris, but was never offically digitized. Corel did make a font called "Quicksilver" that looks like this & Arts and Letters Corporation made another mimmick called "Neonz" but beyond those you'll struggle.

Ray Larabie did make a digitized version called "Tight" but it has an eroded effect. http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/typodermic/tight/
