This usually happens when a font creator has conflicts in how they named the fonts and it's not something you can change; the author has to correct this. This happened to me on Gotham font with only some of the fonts showing up even though I have them all installed.

You can use Montserrat for Gotham as it's like almost 100% the same with a few exceptions.
