You are not a designer if you don't know things like this.

All the fonts have their own copyright type, on them. You are responsible for any you use and the risk later on.

thankfully I saw the font identified before whoever removed it, did so.

the image was therefore not crappy and it was simply cropped from the original image showing the full wording, just not the logo shape
