It reminds me of Sassoon Primary - a commercial font - that looks like someone strung it together and added a bit...

The only thought is it comes from a Holiday font. (And the second "S" could be an alternative S - not a capital - many script fonts that are OT come with variations of the letters these days.)

I looked up Robert Leuschke (because I love his scripts and he does stuff similar to this) and he has a holiday font - but it is not the same... http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/typesetit/holiday-font/holiday-rob/ -- but hopefully, gives you an idea.

Ridgeline - MyFonts.com doesn't show it anymore - but one of the manufacturers had the alternative for those drop caps....
