Non. Avec la police Garamond (quelle que soit sa déclinaison), la partie inférieure du 3 se termine par une petite boule alors que dans ton exemple, le trait se termine en pointe.

Ca ressemble beaucoup à du Garamond Italique mais le 3 est légèrement différent.

Dans les deux cas, il s'agit d'une police de base (pour la première, ça ressemble fortement à du Times New Roman) modifiée avec un logiciel graphique comme PhotoShop.

C'est surtout qu'une police ne peut pas avoir plusieurs couleurs. Donc, si c'était une police, les jacks seraient rouges et non pas noir et argenté.
