What extractor are you using?
Where did you download them from? What is the name of the fonts you downloaded?

not a font. Most likely a modified Helvetica Neue. 
The "I" is American Typewriter but the rest is Courier Bold.

Why would you need to do that? Also Segoe bold is grouped in with the other weights too. 
rocomaco has a broken link. Try this one. It usually is preloaded with windows and mac so check to make sure it is on your computer.
