It seems like there's no consensus and it seems to be up to the author to choose which "name" to associate with the font's weight. Of course some weights are more obvious than others but for the Medium/Book/Regular/Text category it really seems like there are no clear rules. It seems to depend on the use of your font whether it may be suitable for larger portions of text for example. Also it seems like "Roman" can be used for "straight" weights as opposed to "Italic" but then again I'm not an expert on these aspects at all.

You already submitted four times in five days even though you're aware of the delay we have. Once again we ask people not to submit their fonts several times.

Regarding your other suggestions we will work to improve things but I can't say when or what will be done.

Well it is true that sometimes fonts are not being uploaded in the order they were submitted by authors. But to be fair it doesn't happen much - mostly for "seasonal" things like Halloween or Christmas. Of course I completely understand your point of view and it makes perfect sense to me.

Regarding your update, the only recent update I can see from you is the one you did on September 7th when you updated the description of your True Lies font and I have taken care of it. It isn't labeled as an update because there were no changes to the font files - we don't mark description changes as updates. Did you try to update other fonts?

Also users shouldn't create multiple accounts to submit their fonts as this will instantly flag both their accounts for allegedly copying each other's work.

I'm afraid there is nothing different from six days ago. As it's been said in this thread we currently have massive delays. Your new submissions will be reviewed as soon as possible.

The new file has more kerning indeed but it's still far from enough. In your screenshot it's pretty obvious that the spacing on the lowercase glyphs is not set correctly. Just look at "or" and "em", "ip" and "ps", "do" and "ol", etc. Some pairs have the correct amount of space between them but most don't. This can be fixed by adjusting the spacing between glyphs. The uppercase also needs spacing and kerning. I'm afraid to say it is not set correctly and needs to be fixed.

It's hard for me to give you a list of every pair that is missing. Your font almost doesn't have any kerning and the spacing isn't enough for it to be displayed properly. This font is almost unusable in this state.

Your Rinnet font has kerning issues. Some pairs lack essential kerning to be displayed properly.
