Regular with ExtraBold too to highlight some parts (like the name).

Les trois critères les plus importants, selon moi, sont : la lisibilité, la lisibilité et la lisibilité.

Ensuite, les critères secondaires sont extrêmement dépendant du thème de ton site et de son ambiance.

A font is not an executable file. It can't change anything by itself.

Download a commercial font for free, it's theft.

Does public domain and creative commons fall into that category as well? Or, are public domain and creative commons a completely different thing?

No, it's not the same.
Creative Common is one licence (it exist many other). It has got some options. On e of this is "no commercial use".
For more informations :
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creative_Commons
https://creativecommons.org/

Also, is a "Open Font License" the same as a Commercial Free license? Would I be able to use, for example, "Cedarville Cursive" by designer Kimberly Geswein over at Google, in a logo?

The best to have an clear and sure answer is to contact the author.

[email sagte
jamin21@cox.net[/email]]I have tried renaming them after I click "save as" but when it installs it still but the KB or DK right before the font name.
I have also went into my Fonts file and tried changing the name there and re-installing but it still uses the same name.

There is no relation beween the name of the file and the name of the font.

I believe you have to use a font software to open said font and edit the font info and change the name and then save the font.

Thechnicaly, it's possible but legally, it's prohibited to modify a font (even its name) without consent of the author.
