It looks like it was originally set in ITC Serif Gothic - back when it was in the hands of typesetters who had all the alternative glyphs at their disposal. The digital fonts do not have the alternative letters.

It was given two drop shadows - one solid white - and one b&w horizontal lines... but the solid black type is Mike's Block
