It's a signage, so probably painted by hand on glass, but as I told it, based on Agency for sure... 
EDIT: Agency FB is indeed based on ATF Agency Gothic which was designed by Morris Fuller Benton in 1932, so that's the right direction since there's no contemporary alternative without being a knock-off or ripp-off...
