I think that it's based on ITC Serif Gothic.

No its not... Look at the Letter "S" No one has Ever made an "EXACT" HE-MAN Font... It Urkes me that no one has and If I knew HOW To make Fonts I would Make it Myself... The HE-MAN Logo was a Hand Drawn Logo and No Font was EVER Used... Good Luck, Sincerely, WiKiT, Whoot!
