Please try to reproduce the issue in a private window (CTRL+Shift+P on Firefox, CTRL+Shift+N on Chrome/Edge) with no enabled add-on.

If it still doesn't work, it might be related to something deeper (like your antivirus, firewall,...)

Hi! I've tried different browsers and a different device, and I experienced the same issue. But I wasn't checking the box to receive the email replies. The issue was solved once I checked that.

hmmm that's weird, this box is unrelated to the possibility of posting an ID request.
