Need help with this old font, part 1.

Looking for this font used on a 1982 GM car build sheet. I've been thru the typical Sans Serif, Artisan, and IBM Selectric fonts of the period but striking out. The letter "A" is the stand out and shortened cross on the letter "T". The way the number "4" crosses, etc. I'm sure it's a commom font of mass produced typewriter or printers of the era but just can't seem to get it. Thanks.

Sorry in advance if my answer is not very useful.

It's not really a Sans Serif font, it's more like a monospaced one (where all chars use the same width)
