Test it with right uppercase and lowercase characters: "FE RacinG"...

Following the investigation, the conclusion, I think, is a combination of 2 fonts or the font I'm going to suggested modifying the capital characters, anyway I'm sure that the lowercase characters are the font: "Flagstaff Bold", not italic...
