That's not the font, it's Dosis bold. Somehow your suggestion is the "identified font"

Hate to break it to you all but it's definitely Arial Pro Rounded Bold, look at the "t" in Dosis and compare it to the Sample image, they don't match at all. There are also other differences in Dosis Compared to the sample image such as the "c". Arial Pro Rounded Bold is identical to the sample image in every way. So, although Dosis is a great free version and a similar font, it's just not the exact same. I'm aware that I'm 11 months late but wanted to clear any confusion.

This font is Arial Pro Rounded Bold, although this is not the TommyInnit font. At least not the current one. The current TommyInnit font is Dosis Bold, It was brought up in a stream.

That's true, in his newer videos, the capital Q is shown with a vertical tail in the middle of the bottom. In Arial Pro Rounded Bold, the Q's tail curves.
