That is a rather muddy sample you have there. The Sackers Heavy Roman has probably been the start of it.

Not sure what you mean by "muddy". That the image is unclear? That the font has been altered? Something else?

It looks far too bold, like being printed with letterpress wit too much ink and too much pressure. But maybe there once has been a extra bold or black version. But I couldn't find that. Sorry.

The R doesn't seem right, but this is a close as it's going to get I think.
