So, I am devoloping an app which I don’t earn money in any way which is hosted on sourceforge. Can I use a personal use font for that apps icon, and some logo? P.S: Font is
continuum bold. And for Wikipedia, the company that owns this font has stopped working in 1998.

If you want to host something on Sourceforge, I think you'd better use a GPL / OFL font

I can change where I host the app. I just want answer of my question. Can I use personal use fonts in a apps icon and some logos as long as I don’t earn any money?
You talked about sourceforge, I answered your question man...
Regarding the second question, you should ask to its designer, but apparently the foundry itself was shady

So I also emailed the owner of the font, and am I able to use Continuum Bold? It says free for personal use
