Can you please provide more technical details (such as ISP, country, Download rate, ...)?

I usually randomize the ISP, it is not fixed, the downrate is nuts, it's bytes per sec not even kilobytes per sec...

You are able to randomize your ISP (multiple free downloads from Rapidshare and so?) and do don't know how to ping? Read your OS help.
