I am sure its NOT a font (the difference between the pair of R's in Perry) but if you go here and look at the selection of cursive fonts, you should find one that isn't too far from what you need:

Dude. the two Suggested font's ARE closest to what the logo is why even think about saying its NOT a font. when it IS a font just modified in Illustrator.

Your original suggestion of Las Vegas was clearly wrong, deal with it.

Of the two original suggestions, Sneaker Script is closet; I merely gave the guy the nod to some other cursive alternatives, of which a couple are closer than your Las Vegas suggestion, and for which I received thanks.
