But I want to know how to make the extension of the last letter ... The font doesn't bring the option :(

You can see more or less how to do it in the tester of Losttype.
I think some other members could tell you better how to reproduce the glyph

That y is not in the character set. It has to be added with a font editor or if you need it for only one occasion in one word with a vector editor. You would get something like this:
