I think why Fred unsolved this one - is because it's really ITC Benguiat Bold - that someone obliqued... so it is not at the same angle as the Italic (which is also really an Oblique that myfonts calls Italic)

Or maybe not - it is probably some rip off of Benguiat - because the M is different...

I agree Benguiat is really close, and I thought about it too when I saw the picture. But it's just not a perfect match
