Two different script fonts for the "MED" at the top, and the rest of the invitation. Anybody recognize these? Thanks in advance!

Thanks- I had considered using Bickham, guess that's what I'll go with in case no one else steps up.

What does it mean "in case no else steps up"?...

I have different versions of Bickham, by the way. The one available to me is nowhere near as elaborate.
