CANNOT use as monogram CANNOT SEPERATE THE LETTERS boo hoo

How do you seperate letters?

after I install the monogram, it wont let me view it in my cricut design space!WHY???

I DOWN LOADED IT BUT IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO USE
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET IT TO WORK

I would LOVE this font IF I could separate the letters. Maybe have the center as a cap and the sides as lower case? Because now with the three joined together, it's unusable for any practical purpose.
