Looks like strips of black gaffer/duct tape stuck on a white sheet to me, so the font drf has suggested is probably as close as you'll get.

Can' see the LHS of the 'F' properly, but looks like Lobster

IMHO this is not a font. 2 different 'A's, 'R's and 'M's and 3 different 'E's. It may originally have been based on a font, but customised beyond identification (by me anyway).
