'G J GIBBS' looks a little like Zeppelin, but the line weights don't tally, unless that's just bleed in the print process. (so lets call it similar)

It is a very hard one to find :( I've been looking for agess now and can't find anything. Thank you so much for your help though pilaster its much appreciated

Looks like someone has been playing with Bitstream's version of the Kabel, the Geometric 231.

The rest of it looks a bit like Humanist 521 or Gill Sans (a mix of Bold condensed and regular)

Perhaps just add an inline to the bold flavour and jobs a good 'un.

Gill Sans, I think, is the best match. But with a fuzzy image like this it is almost impossible to say which one is the perfect match.
