For you, "similar" means "with a look looking like" or "exactly the same" ?

She/he would have said "exact" if that was what he/she wanted.

Oh, you have a crystal ball now ?

Well, you can't imagine how many people come here and don't express their thoughts accurately. So someone saying "similar font for free" could mean "exact same font for free". Ergo, crystal ball, we're not in the people's minds.

It looks like the problem is that you automatically assume everyone is dumb and not clear. I think "similar" could very well mean "similar". Ergo, no crystal ball needed. Most of the time.

And then again, you've only been here for a few weeks. And you're making a huge mistake again : you're assuming I assume everyone is stupid. Who said that ? Nobody. I said, read again : "you can't imagine how many people come here and don't express their thoughts accurately."

So yes, I assume people can be "not clear" (as you say). That is called "spending time here" and being realistic.

OK, let's not argue, it's just a difference in views, which is OK, right?
By the way, I liked your meme.

Sep 24, 2012 at 19:59

No, not a difference in views. I can't help if you don't understand what other people write.

Sep 24, 2012 at 20:02

You said that many people are not clear, etc. That I understand, and I agree with it. They are not clear, most of the time.
So, that's what you said.
However, you also assumed that this person was not clear. And so I said that maybe he/she is clear, and to not assume anything.

Period.

OK, I understand! It was just a misunderstanding!

And neither of you answered the original question. You f***ing idiots. I found this thread on google, looking for the same thing (a free font SIMILAR to Lady Rene, not hard to work out what SIMILAR means in the English language) and instead found a couple of bickering trolls. Grow up, idiots.

Ahhhhh the good old days

Strange way to ask for help.
"f***ing idiots", is it the way to say "please" for an Australian ?

Feb 14, 2014 at 12:16

Yep ... down under ... everything upside down.

By the way, the little red fox didn't ask for help ... did it?

Feb 14, 2014 at 12:34

Maybe a cousin of the quick brown fox?

Feb 14, 2014 at 12:36

Nah ... but maybe syndrome of down under
