These are almost certainly custom drawn rather than coming from an individual font.

There use to be a font named Anise bouncing around the net - that is about the same weight - and just needed to be extended...

Or there is a font called Flatiron from ITC - if you thin it out - you may have gotten something there.

However, this is really very easy to duplicate in Adobe Illustrator.
