The extrabold of Red Rooster's Europa Grotesque is the closest I can get, but that's a redesign of an earlier font you can't get in digital format. The main difference seems to be the 'g'.

Most grotesk/grotesque are similar to this. I have seen ones closer and closer than the Europa but not enough for me to say similar. Als.

The lowercase looks like a modified Haettenschweiler
