As Jenna Sue lives in the USA she probably never considered adding accented letter. Although, the tilde was there already. But not the acute, grave etc.

Jenna Sue is a free font and was only released with a standard English character set. It is not permitted for modification or to be re-released with an extended character set. I am currently working on a full version of a similar font though. Thanks for understanding!

@Jenna Sue. Not to worry, this was not released and will not be released by me. The pict was just to show that in very little time and with very little effort the requests for Western European accented characters can be met by simply using existing glyphs in your font.
If you are interested in a version of your font with the extended character set for you to release, just say so.
