Bready, with the exception of the "T." Someone typed the lowercase in Bready, using the alternate "a" in "Tiwala," and used a different font for the T.
It might also be Noteworthy, which comes loaded on Macs that have 10.8 installed.
The bulk of the text ("We do share a more," "Cas, buddy," "I need you"
) is in Ostrich Sans. If I recognize anything else later, I'll tell you.

The inline font is Blanch, I believe.
There's a commercial version of it called "Balloon," but Bazooka should work for you.
The lowercase letters look like House Script.
