Les auteurs mettent souvent dans le zip de leur police, un fichier texte qui contient leurs coordonnées.
Quand ce n'est pas le cas, on peut parfois voir le nom de l'auteur (parfois même un nom de site ou une adresse e-mail) dans le copyright de la police qui apparait quand on utilise le viewer de Windows.
Tu peux aussi regarder sur ce site, à la page de l'auteur, si des coordonnées ne sont pas indiquées.

Quand ce n'est pas le cas, il faut faire preuve de patience et d'imagination en fouillant le net avec son moteur de recherche préféré.

Look this small sample, it can be many sans-serif font, like Futura for exemple.

Des polices postscript, ça fait au moins 20 ans que je n'en ai pas utilisé (à l'époque où j'utilisait des traitements de texte sous MS-DOS). A cette époque, ce sont les fournisseurs d'imprimantes qui les distribuaient.
Avec l'avènement de Windows 3.1 et des polices True Type, je pensais que ça avait disparu...

If it's juste to have the logo, you don't need a font. A bitmap image is more practical.

What's the format of your font (the extention of the file) ?

I don't belive it's a modified version of Bank Gothic. Too many difference : "L", "K", "S" and the thickness of the letters.

The style "destroyed" is done manualy but the basis can be a font.

The look is similar but a little bit different (except for "K" that's very different).

It's not possible to have this effect with a font (except if it's especialy for this group of letters) but you can find font looking like this (american sport or colege) in this theme :

Sur une photo, on ne peut pas mettre une police mais on peut y mettre du texte utilisant une police.
Pour ça, il suffit d'utiliser un logiciel graphique (Paint, PhotoShop, Gimp, Photo Editor, Paint Shop, etc.).
