Hum, I don't really know tumblr that much, except for what we see around here, but it looks like the person took a few independent letters from different banners and made this into a banner generator ?

A cette taille, ça peut ętre beaucoup de choses. Si tu utilises de l'Arial, tu ne verras aucune différence 
No gratis. It's a commercial font, you have to buy it if you want to use it
